l111 Banking — Deposit, Withdraw and Verify Your Account
This page covers every money operation available on your l111 account: adding funds, sending a withdrawal back to your wallet, and completing the identity check that keeps your balance secure. Here you will find the local payment methods we support — DuitNow, GrabPay and FPX online banking — along with where each one sits inside the account cashier.
Your l111 cashier sits one tap away once you are logged in on mobile. Open the account menu, select Deposit, and you will see the payment rail selector — DuitNow, GrabPay and FPX are all listed there. DuitNow is the most direct route for most Malaysia bank accounts: enter the amount, confirm the transfer via your banking app, and the credit appears in your account balance.
Log In and Open the Cashier
From the account menu on your phone, tap Deposit. The cashier page loads with your available payment methods listed. If you are on a desktop browser the same cashier is accessible from the top navigation bar after login.
Choose DuitNow, GrabPay or FPX
Select the rail that matches your wallet or bank. DuitNow transfers directly from your Malaysia bank account. GrabPay draws from your Grab wallet balance. FPX connects to standard online banking. The cashier shows each method's status in real time.
Enter the Amount and Confirm
Key in the deposit figure within the range shown on screen, then tap Confirm. You will be redirected to your bank or wallet app to authorise. Do not close the browser or app until you see the confirmation screen — this prevents duplicate requests.
Check Your Account Balance
Once the authorisation is complete, return to your l111 account dashboard. Your updated balance appears at the top of the screen. If the balance has not refreshed within a few minutes, use the transaction history page to check the status before contacting support.
MOVE MONEY OUT
Sending a Withdrawal from Your l111 Balance
Withdrawals on your l111 account go back to the same payment method you used to deposit — this wallet-matching rule is a security measure that keeps your funds moving to a verified destination. Open the account menu, tap Withdraw, and the cashier will display only the methods linked to your account. If you deposited via DuitNow, your withdrawal routes through the same DuitNow-linked bank account. GrabPay withdrawals return to your GrabPay wallet.
Open the Withdraw Page
Tap the account menu and select Withdraw. Only the payment methods linked to deposits on your account will appear — this is by design to protect your funds. If you do not see your preferred method, check that your account verification is complete.
Enter the Withdrawal Amount
Type in the amount within the range displayed on screen. The cashier shows the minimum and maximum for each method. Amounts outside that range will be flagged before submission, so you can adjust without cancelling the whole request.
Confirm the Destination and Submit
Review the account or wallet number shown as the destination — it should match the source you deposited from. Tap Submit once you are satisfied. You will receive an on-screen reference number; keep it in case you need to follow up with our support team.
Track Status in Transaction History
Your withdrawal request appears immediately under Transaction History with a Pending or Processing label. The label updates as the request moves through our queue. If the status has not changed after a reasonable period, contact support with your reference number.
VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY
Account Verification on l111
Verifying your l111 account is the step that allows withdrawals to proceed without a hold. It is not a barrier — it is the mechanism we use to confirm that the account belongs to you and that your withdrawal destination is a wallet or bank account you control.
Open Account Settings
Navigate to Settings inside your l111 account and tap Verify Identity. The page lists the documents required for your account tier and shows which items you have already submitted.
Upload Your Identity Document
A clear photo or scan of your Malaysian identity card or passport is required. Make sure all four corners are visible and the text is legible. Blurry uploads will be returned for resubmission, which delays clearance.
Confirm Your Payment Method Ownership
For DuitNow or GrabPay withdrawals, upload a screenshot of your e-wallet home screen showing your name and account number. This confirms the withdrawal destination is yours — a key step we check before releasing any payout.
Wait for Verification Status Update
Once submitted, your account status updates to Under Review. You can check progress at any time from Account Settings. When cleared, the Verified badge appears and your withdrawal requests will no longer require a manual hold.
PAYMENT METHODS
Local Payment Options in Your l111 Cashier
The l111 cashier lists every active payment method your account can use based on your region and verification status. All methods below are available to eligible accounts in Malaysia where local law permits. Check the cashier for current availability and limits — these can vary by account status and are shown in real time rather than published as a fixed schedule.
DuitNow
Direct bank transfer via Malaysia's real-time DuitNow rail. Link your bank account once and transfers move without card details. Widely supported across major Malaysia banks.
GrabPay
Fund or withdraw using your GrabPay wallet balance. Works entirely within the Grab app — no separate bank login needed. Suitable for accounts that keep an active GrabPay balance.
FPX
FPX online banking connects directly to your Malaysia bank's internet banking portal. Select your bank from the FPX list in the cashier, log in, and approve the transfer from within your bank's own interface.
Touch 'n Go eWallet
Touch 'n Go eWallet is accepted for deposits where your account region and verification tier support it. Check availability inside the cashier — the option appears when it is active for your account.
TRANSACTION RECORDS
Matching Your Wallet History to Your Account Balance
Every deposit and withdrawal you make on your l111 account generates a transaction record with a unique reference number. When you check your DuitNow, GrabPay or FPX app and see a completed transfer, that reference number is the link between your wallet history and the entry in your l111 Transaction History page. Knowing how to read both sides of that record saves time if you ever need to query an amount with our support team.
Reference Numbers
Each transaction in your l111 account history carries a unique reference number. Screenshot or note this number when a transaction completes on your payment app. It is the fastest way to locate the corresponding entry on our side if you ever need to raise a query.
Status Labels
Transaction History shows three main status labels: Pending means the request has been submitted but not yet authorised; Processing means it is moving through the queue; Completed means the transfer has settled. If you see a status that has not changed after a reasonable period, contact support with the reference number.
Account History Page
Your full deposit and withdrawal log is available under Transaction History in the account dashboard. You can filter by date, method and status. This log is the authoritative record of every movement on your l111 balance — more detailed than your wallet app alone.
Evidence to Keep
Keep the confirmation screenshot from your DuitNow, GrabPay or FPX app for at least 30 days after each transaction. If a transfer shows as completed in your wallet but your l111 balance has not updated, that screenshot is the evidence our support team needs to investigate promptly.
ACCOUNT SECURITY
How We Protect Your l111 Banking Activity
Security on your l111 account works at four levels: the connection itself, your identity on file, the wallet ownership check and the support path if something looks wrong. None of these require action from you day-to-day — they run in the background so that your balance stays where it should be.
Secure Connection
Your l111 account session runs over an encrypted connection. Check that the address bar shows the correct l111 domain before entering any login or payment detail. Do not log in from a link sent by an unverified source.
Identity Verification
The KYC step in Account Settings is not optional for withdrawals — it confirms that the account belongs to you. Once your identity document is on file, we cross-check every withdrawal destination against that record before releasing funds.
Wallet Ownership Matching
Withdrawals only route to payment methods that match your verified identity. This means a DuitNow or GrabPay account in a different name cannot be added as a withdrawal destination, protecting your balance from misdirected transfers.
Support Contact Path
If a transaction looks incorrect or your account shows activity you did not make, contact the l111 support team directly from the Help section inside your account. Provide the transaction reference number and the screenshot from your payment app so the team can investigate without delay.
BANKING QUESTIONS
Your l111 Banking Questions Answered
These are the banking questions we hear most from accounts at different stages — first deposit, first withdrawal and post-verification. If your question is not covered here, the answer is likely inside your account dashboard or reachable through the Help section.
Which payment methods can I use to deposit into my l111 account?
Your cashier shows DuitNow, GrabPay, FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet for eligible accounts in Malaysia. Available methods depend on your account verification status and local law. Check the cashier after login for what is active on your account right now.
What is the minimum deposit amount on l111?
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown directly in the cashier beside each payment method. We do not publish a single fixed figure here because limits can vary by method and account tier — the cashier is always the accurate, current source.
Why is my withdrawal on hold after I submitted it?
A hold usually means your account verification is incomplete. Open Account Settings, go to Verify Identity, and check whether any documents are missing or marked as resubmission required. Clearing the verification step typically resolves the hold without any other action.
How long does a DuitNow withdrawal take to reach my bank account?
We do not publish a fixed processing window because queue times vary. You can check live status under Transaction History in your dashboard at any time. If the status shows Processing for longer than you expect, contact support with your reference number.
Can I withdraw to a GrabPay wallet that belongs to someone else?
No. Withdrawals only route to a payment destination that matches your verified identity. A GrabPay or DuitNow account in a different name cannot be added as a withdrawal destination — this protects your balance and is enforced during the verification check.
My deposit shows as completed in my DuitNow app but my l111 balance has not updated — what do I do?
Check Transaction History first; the status there may already show the credit is in queue. If it still shows no matching entry after a few minutes, contact our support team via the Help section and attach the DuitNow confirmation screenshot — that reference number is what we need to trace the transfer.
